Mystic Lyon presents "Canis Major" by artist Sharon Kopriva. This dog and constellation inspired installation will be unveiled on the corner of Lyons Avenue and Mystic Street. The installation will remain on view on the outside of the building.

 

From Mystic Lyon curator/caretaker, Emily Sloan: “For this installation, Sharon is creating new work to add to the mix along with some of her classic pieces. We are located in a very dog rich neighborhood, so it will be surrounded by kindred spirits.”

 

During the run of the show, there will be dog and animal inspired programming including meditations for sending animals healing, a Gong Grant for an area dog support group and an extra special event lead by Kopriva.
